Powder defoamer is a stearate treated with ethylene glycol, which is used as defoamer in various powder coatings. Not only can eliminate the pores formed by the powder itself due to moisture, but also eliminate the pores caused by the moisture contained in the iron and aluminum castings. Improve the fluidity of powder particles and the leveling of powder coating.

1. Basic performance:
Appearance: white fluid powder
Melting point: 135-140℃
Waving part: ≤0.3%
Average particle size: 45 μm

2. Application method:
Add to all kinds of powder to participate in extrusion, the dosage is 0.5-1.5%. The amount depends on the experiment. Sometimes it may be incompatible with the resin system.

3. Packaging and storage
Kraft paper bag lined with polyethylene, 20KG/bag.
Store in a cool and dry place. Shelf life is 12 months at room temperature.
